When will the dates be released for April 2025?

Hey there, Ashlee! It's nice to see you back at planDisney and I'm excited to see that you're planning ahead for a springtime visit in 2025! April is always a great time to visit, and it usually falls during one of my favorite seasonal events - the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival

At this time, the Walt Disney World Resort is offering bookings through the end of 2024. I don't have an exact date for when the dates for 2025 will open, but I can tell you that traditionally, this happens around May or June of the current year for the following year. For reference, 2024 bookings opened on May 31, 2023. The best resource to keep an ear out for announcements is the official Disney Parks Blog; I would recommend checking there regularly for updates!

Ashlee, while you are awaiting the reservation window to open, it's never too early to start choosing which Disney Resort Hotel you'd prefer to book for your vacation. One of the things my family most looks forward to as we plan is learning about the different resort options; our goal is to try a different one each visit! We've been lucky to stay at a variety of value, moderate, and deluxe resorts over the years and no matter which you choose, you will feel right at home! Don't forget about all of the benefits of booking a Disney Resort hotel - complimentary transportation, early booking for your advance dining reservations, and Early Theme Park Entry are among the top reasons we always choose a Disney hotel!

Another recommendation that will be helpful as you start planning is to check out the new dining plan options and decide if adding a dining plan to your vacation package is a good fit for your family! I'm excited to try out the new Disney Dining Plan this summer; my family enjoys having some downtime and enjoying table service dining and character meals. If your family is more of an on-the-go family, the Quick Service Dining Plan focuses on counter-service meal options to offer more spontaneity as you navigate the parks and attractions. And the best part about the dining plan? It's all prepaid, which makes mealtime magic less stressful and more satisfying!

Ashlee, I hope this helps you to get excited about your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth and gives you some inspiration for pre-planning in advance of booking your stay! Feel free to come back to planDisney anytime with additional vacation questions - we'd love to help again!

    Magic Awaits,
