    Do you have the dates for the Princess Half Marathon for 2013? We are looking to put together a weekend to celebrate my niece's 21st birthday, and have a couple of runners in the group. Anything we should know about how far in advance to book?

    Hi Kelly!  That is a great idea for a birthday celebration!  The dates for the 2013 Princess Half Marathon have not been determined yet.  It is generally the last weekend in February or possibly the first weekend in March.  The details for next year's race will probably come out sometime in May.  The details will include what resorts will be host resorts.  I do recommend choosing a host resort when you plan.  The host resorts are the only ones with free bus transportation to and from the expo for packet pick-up and the race.  Traffic can be pretty bad on race mornings, so having the Disney bus is a huge relief.  To ensure that you get the resort you prefer, you may want to book early.  If you have any questions about the resort or any of the spectator and runner packages for the race, please let me know!
