When will dates past 12/31/13 open up? We are wanting to book for next March.

    Hi, Leah!

Thank you for visiting us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

This is a great question! Like you, many Guests enjoy getting a jump start on their Disney vacation planning for the following year. Typically, I make my resort reservations at least 12 months in advance. My family are Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholders so we often have several reservations booked for the various times of year we plan to visit!

You can actually go ahead and make a Disney resort hotel reservation now for a March 2014 stay by calling Disney Reservations at 407-939-7211 or 407-939-7429. Resort "room only" reservations can be made up to 499 days in advance of your planned resort check-out date. You will be charged the standard deposit of one night's stay (plus applicable taxes) at the 2013 rate. Disney will then automatically adjust your rate when the 2014 pricing is released (likely sometime between late spring and late summer of 2013).

    By contrast,
online reservations via the official Walt Disney World website can only be made through December 31, 2013.

Vacation packages which include resort hotel and park tickets (and optional dining plan, if selected) can also be made online or by phone once the 2014 pricing is available.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can answer any additional questions as you plan your March 2014 visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
