Our dates are not yet available on the calendar. I do have a question about value pricing. If the 2 days we are going are value price, $104, should we buy 2 separate one day tickets? I would be cheaper than any other 2 day tickets I have seen.

Hi there, Laura! Welcome to planDisney! Get ready for those Happy Haunts to materialize when you arrive this fall! Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is my absolute favorite time to be in the parks. The Grim Grinning Ghosts are usually in full swing by mid-September, so prepare yourself for lots of tricks, treats, and boo-tastic events!

Shall we step into the Haunted Mansion to take a closer look at your question? Careful not to make the crypt doors creak or the tombstones quake on your way to our Doombuggy! Now, let's gather all of Madame Leota's powers and take a look into the future. The fog is starting to clear from our crystal ball and I can see a list of tiered, single-day tickets and their blackout dates. Since your exact park dates are a mystery, I can ask the spirits to pull a few to help us in your planning:

    September 21: Tier 2
    September 22: Tier 1
    September 23: Tier 4
    September 24: Tier 5

Madame Leota just chimed in that tickets will be available for purchase 120 days out from your park day, which would be around May 24th! Generally speaking, Disney does add in a little pixie dust to those multi-day tickets with a slight discount on the cost per day, BUT you have figured out the one scenario where you might stir up a little pixie dust yourself. While pricing is always subject to change, the current price for a 2-day One Park Per Day ticket is $255 (add in an additional $60 per day if you are looking at Park Hopper Tickets). Once your 120-day window opens up, take a look at the single-day pricing for your dates. You may end up making some of your own magic and saving some Disney dollars, which are best put to use on churros and popcorn if you ask me!

Ok, now let's get you out of here before they add you to the 999 happy haunts! Keep your eyes and ears peeled on the Disney Parks Blog as Halloween news and updates are breaking soon! We know that Jack Skellington will once again be taking up residence in Haunted Mansion Holiday, and look out for dates on the anticipated return of the Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party! And I just might have the inside scoop on the next planDisney Podcast dropping this week ... and let me tell you, you will definitely want to tune in because the spooks will definitely be out for a swinging wake!

If you have any more questions, Laura, hurry back! We are dying to help you at planDisney!
