    Are there dates for the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween? We are visiting with our granddaughters and it will be all of our 1st time doing this event

    Hi there, Shannon, and welcome to planDisney!

    Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is THE special event of the year; you do not want to miss it if you're in this neck of the woods during spooky season. Not only will your granddaughters love trick-or-treating and meeting Disney characters around Magic Kingdom Park, but you will enjoy the many experiences that are unique to this event.

    Usually the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party dates are announced around Halfway to Halloween. And that time is among us! In 2023, the event's tickets went on sale on April 27 (for Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Resorts Collection hotels) and May 2. If this year follows the pattern, we should be hearing news soon. Last year's dates ranged from early August until November 1. 

    My little ones look forward to the Halloween party every year, so we all will be on the lookout for news on the Disney Parks Blog. In the meantime, start planning your family's costumes (I highly recommend coming up with a group theme) and listen to the planDisney Podcast episode that's all about Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and other spooktacular experiences.
