Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party dates. It's never too soon to start thinking about decking the halls and jingling all the way to Walt Disney World during the holiday season. Not only is it The Most Magical Place on Earth, but if you ask me, it also becomes the most festive place on earth in November and December.
While details haven't been released yet around this year's parties, I can share that last year, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party ran on select nights from Friday, November 7 until Sunday, December 21, according to the
Disney Parks Blog. That's usually where dates and details are released first, so keep an eye out for this year's information.
My favorite parts of the event are
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show. I just love the mix of traditional Christmas music blended with Disney favorites during the fireworks. Talk about Christmas spirit! While many people prefer to watch the parade from Main Street, U.S.A, I found it easier to find a front row spot in Frontierland. I cannot lie. I also really enjoyed the complimentary cookies, cocoa and apple cider served at the event, too.

Disney Jollywood Nights held at Disney's Hollywood Studios. While there are plenty of Disney characters out and about, this event has more of an old Hollywood holiday glam vibe. I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday jazz music at the Twilight Soiree at the Tip Top Club. Disney's Holidays in Hollywood was another highlight for me, as a lifelong Muppets fan. In the past, Jollywood Nights has been held on different evenings than Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, so I was able to go to both in one trip.
