Miriam, thank you so much for visiting us at planDisney and for your question about
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! While I haven’t attended this event personally, I know plenty of friends here at planDisney that have, and they all rave about the delicious themed food and drinks, how much fun it is to see the Disney characters dressed in their costumes, the shorter wait times for attractions, and amazing memories made!
I took a spirited tour in my Doom Buggy through the
Disney Parks Blog to see if I could find some information from last year’s special event to give you an idea of when to expect an announcement for this year’s event. It appears that Disney likes to announce the dates and details around mid-to-late April, just as Disney Parks Blog did in April 2023,
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Returns to Walt Disney World with EERIE-sistible Tricks and Treats! This blog post announced the dates, starting time, when the limited tickets go on sale, and other special details highlighting how fun and memorable trick-or-treating can be when visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort! I suggest regularly checking Disney Parks Blog and the
Special Events & Tours page as we get closer to
#HalfwayToHalloween to ensure you don’t miss the announcement and when tickets go on sale. In previous years Guests with a ticket to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party have been able to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4 PM, but since the details for this year haven’t been released yet, you will need to double-check the event details when they become available.
To prepare for your upcoming visit, keep an eye on the costume attire information and check out the planDisney Podcast episode,
A Look Inside The Haunted Mansion Ballroom, where your ghost host and planDisney panelist give great tips and tricks about Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party from inside the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland Resort!
Thanks for stopping by, and say hello to the 999 happy haunts for me!
