Are there dates for Food and Wine yet?

    Hi Carol,

Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for continuing to trust us with your vacation planning questions.

I can’t wait to hear all the new dates for events in 2026! Currently, we don’t yet know the dates for any of the 2026 events, such as the Food & Wine Festival at California Adventure. Historically, the Disney Parks Blog releases a calendar of events in early December. This calendar lists all the major festivals as well as the dates for After Dark events. I recommend checking the Blog regularly in December to see if any updated articles outline the 2026 schedule.

If you’re itching to start planning now, you can look at the Event Calendar for 2025 and use it as a guide. The Food & Wine Festival typically takes place from late February through mid-April, so I’d suggest aiming for a March trip to give yourself the best chance of catching the festival.

You could also plan for early April to experience Season of the Force! We’re big Star Wars fans in my house, so we love seeing all the new entertainment, food, and characters that come out during this time. Hopefully, most, if not all, of the 70th Anniversary celebration elements will have returned by then as well. That would give you plenty of options for an eventful and memorable vacation!

I hope this was helpful, Carol! I have plenty more advice and park tips for you and your party, so please come back with more questions. We here at planDisney are always happy to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your next Disney adventure.

    Happy planning!
