My dates are flexable, but I would like to plan a WWD vacation for late February or in March 2014. Do you know what weeks are least crowded. I assume President's Day week would be crowded, but I'm not sure if there are any other weeks we should avoid?!

Hi Gina, February and March are great times to visit the Walt Disney World Resort but both months do have some events to consider when planning.

If your dates are flexible, consider the beginning of February.  In past, President's Day weekend and Disney's Princess Half Marathon Weekend (February 20- 23) usually bring more crowds to Walt Disney World.  As for March, Epcot's International Flower and Garden Festival (March 5 - May 18) and the start of Spring Break usually are crowd pleasers depending on the time of week you visit. Weekends will always be more crowded.

Although these events can bring more guests that should not deter you.  With planning and the new FastPass+ you can better maneuver your way through the Walt Disney World parks during times when more guests are visiting. If you have any further questions feel free to ask us on the Disney Parks Moms Panel and I hope your trip is filled with memorable and magical memories.

Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
