    Have the dates for the 2018 Epcot Flower & Garden festival been published, and if so, when does it start? Thanks.

    Hi, Sue! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    When I first visited Walt Disney World Resort during the Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival, I honestly wasn’t expecting to FALL IN LOVE with it! First, it adds a phenomenal backdrop to any family photo, and Disney PhotoPass photographers are readily available to capture those special moments! Second, the beautiful topiaries are an attraction in themselves, in the past, Peter Pan could be spotted on the very top of the United Kingdom Pavilion in World Showcase! Third, there are delicious, healthy and fresh food kiosks and outdoor kitchens where you can sample creative dishes- some using food grown directly in Epcot gardens! The dates have not yet been published, but last yEAR the festival ran a full 90 days from March 1 until May 29, and we can expect a similar timeframe for this year’s event, subject to change.

    If you happen to be visiting the festival on a weekend, you will be able to take-in the Garden Rocks™ Concert Series with your friends and family! Oh, and if you have little ones, be sure to let them explore the garden play areas! My girls loved hanging out and making new friends while the adults sat in the nice shady, cool, grass!
