Hi Gregory!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question!
I'm so happy you asked about the
Epcot International Festival of the Arts - this was my first year to attend! As someone who loves the arts, I'm ashamed of myself that it took me so long to make it happen. I was amazed at all there was to see and do, even in a year where we've felt like things were so different! From the creatively delicious food at the Outdoor Kitchens, to the kiosks of handmade crafts and creations, I was entertained at every turn with all the awesomeness. My favorite booth was one where you could choose your own design and style for an official festival t-shirt and watch it be made on a heat press while you waited. I'm actually wearing the one I created right now!
I, like you, am eagerly waiting for next year's dates to be announced. The dates of the festival, which typically runs from mid-January through late February, have been announced in early fall the past two years. I encourage you to keep your eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information and announcements about this super-fun event.
Did you know there's a new attraction coming to Epcot's France Pavilion in World Showcase?
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure is opening on October 1, 2021! In this attraction based on Pixar's
Ratatouille, Guests will "shrink down" to Remy-size for a family-friendly adventure. The opening of this new attraction is part of the kickoff for
"The World's Most Magical Celebration", celebrating the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort.
I'll be watching with you for any news about the Epcot International Festival of the Arts for 2022. I can't wait to plan my trip! Please come back and visit us here at planDisney - we're happy to help you plan a most magical vacation.
