What are the dates for Eggstravaganza 2019 ?

    Hi there, Geneva!

Spring has officially sprung at the Disneyland Resort, and I’m loving the beautiful flower displays popping up around the parks! Egg-stravaganza is one of my favorite springtime traditions at the Disneyland Resort, so I too am eagerly awaiting this news! Unfortunately, the dates of Egg-stravaganza 2019 haven’t been released yet. But, they should be any day now! I’d recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updated information – this is the best spot to catch any breaking Disney Parks news!

Last year, the event dates were released on February 28, 2018, about two weeks ahead of the start date of March 16. The event ran through April 1, which was Easter Sunday. This year, Easter is on April 21, 2019. The event typically runs for about two weeks, so I’d anticipate a start date sometime in the first or second week of April, if the trend continues.

One of my favorite things about Egg-stravaganza is that it can be experienced in a different way in Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and Downtown Disney District. Simply pick up a map and stickers for purchase at select merchandise locations throughout Disneyland Resort, then search high and low for hidden “eggs” featuring special Characters. Record your findings on the themed map that matches that location. My children’s favorite part is selecting their prize egg at a redemption location, which I recommend doing upon purchasing the map, just to simplify the process and avoid waiting in line again.

I can’t wait for you to start making springtime memories at the Happiest Place on Earth!
