Eric from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If the dates are crossed out, does this mean it is not available, i booked a reservation for Dec 28th - Dec 31st, but I wasn't allowed to place my ticket reservation until after Aug 26th. Please help

Hello Eric, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sending your question our way, and we appreciate your patience as we assist all who are anxious to return to a land of magic.

Oh my garland! It looks like you're planning a very merry vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth. 'Tis the season to enjoy all of Disneyland Resort's holiday offerings, from attraction overlays to special entertainment. Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for details as the most festive time of year approaches.

At this time, theme park reservations are available 120 days in advance, and as of today, both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are accepting reservations for your dates. If you're still seeing a gray slash on a date you are trying to reserve, it might be because you purchased single-day tiered tickets that aren't valid that week. Only 1-Day Tier 5 tickets are eligible for entry between December 17 and December 31, 2021. Multi-day tickets aren't subject to the tier system, so if you purchased these, you should be able to reserve December 28-31. If you continue to run into problems now that your dates are within the 120 window, give the friendly folks at Disney ticketing a call at (714) 781-4636.

I hope this is helpful, Eric, and that you get your theme park reservations taken care of quickly so you can focus on more fun things like what you'll be tasting at the Festival Foods Marketplace! Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, and we can't wait to see ya real soon.

    Happy holidays,
    Betsy
