The date for us to start signing up for fast pass times is coming quick.i have read somewhere that you need your ticket info to get fast pass times? Is this correct and how do I obtain that info? We are staying at the Caribbean in sept.

Hello fellow Andrea and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm glad you stopped by with your question because we definitely want you to be all ready to go when it's time to make your FastPass+ selections.

If you have already purchased your tickets online or as part of a package, you should be able to see them in your My Disney Experience account under the "My Reservations and Tickets" section. If you have purchased tickets and have the actual cards in your hands, you'll need to add the number from the back of each card on the same screen. If you have trouble with this step, feel free to call (407) 939-5277 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

As a Guest of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, you'll be able to make FastPass+ selections for your whole trip as early as 60 days prior to your arrival date. On that day, make sure you are logged in and make your FastPass+ selections for the number of days on your tickets.

If you have any other questions, we'd be happy to help. Wishing you a magical vacation at Walt Disney World!

    Happy planning,

    Andrea U.
