When will the date be released for the oogie boogie bash 2024? Do we have to pay an additional fee for that event or if we book multiple dates to include the day of the event will the purchase include that event?

A happy, haunting hello to you, Karina. We're so glad you found us here at planDisney to help with this fantastic question. I love the spooky season at the Disneyland Resort and Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party is a big reason why. I love that you are planning ahead and am dying to help.

Are you a gambling person, Karina? We know that Oogie Boogie most certainly is, but you definitely don't want to gamble on the possibility of missing out on tickets for the bash next year. Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party was an especially big hit and tickets sold out almost immediately this year. This spooktacular bash is an event that requires the purchase of a separate special event ticket.

While we don't have an exact date for when tickets for the big bash will go on sale next year, we can look to history to possibly give us a hint. You will want to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as this is where the breaking news has been posted for the past couple of years. In 2022, a post with the sale date appeared in mid-June and in 2023, the announcement was posted at the end of May. For both years, it looks like tickets went on sale at the end of June. This of course could change next year, so your best bet is to pay close attention to the Disney Parks Blog as early as May for any big announcements.

Oogie Boogie Bash is such a ghoulishly good time and I hope you are able to attend next year. I love dressing up in costume and seeing all of the other fantastic and creative costumes of other partygoers. It's all about the villains at this party and there are always some really great ones.

Karina, while this is not an exact answer, I hope I was able to share some information that will help your strategy for being prepared for next year. If you have other questions that we can help with, please come back to ask us.

    Happy haunting!
