What are the date ranges that Disney World is completely decorated for Christmas??

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question.  Christmas is my very favorite time of year at Walt Disney World.  The atmosphere is over the top joyful, and the decorations throughout the property are incredibly stunning!

The holiday decorations go up throughout Walt Disney World Resort at different times.  However, Magic Kingdom is fully decorated on the last night of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.  The last night of the party is November 1st, so the park will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland and will be ready to enjoy on November 2nd.  The rest of the parks and resorts are decorated throughout the month, and everything is typically completed by the beginning of the second week of November.  The decorations will come down at the end of the first week in January.  I'm sorry that I can't give you specific dates, but I'm certain that I've given you the right time frame.

Wishing you a pixie dusted day!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
