    The date we have purchased our tickets and made a reservation for is not available for selection on the Plan my Day app feature.

    Hi there, Sarah! Welcome to planDisney. I can see that we are just a few days out from your scheduled park day, so let's hop on that magic carpet and soar through your question together!

    It's great to hear that you have already secured theme park tickets and theme park reservations for your park day! That means smooth sailing when you arrive at those Main Entrance Gates. Let's swoop into the Disneyland Mobile App and make sure everything is linked properly to your account. When you select "Plan My Day", Disney Genie Service will pull days to choose from that are linked to active tickets and reservations. If all the dates are in gray for you, there might be a missing link somewhere. I'm hoping with a few taps of our magic wand, we will be able to do a quick fix and set you on your way! 

    Head into the Disneyland Mobile App and tap the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes" to view any active tickets linked to your account. If you don't see them, tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner and choose "Link Tickets & Passes". Here, you can manually enter the ticket confirmation number found in your ticket purchase confirmation email. I usually find this email with a quick inbox search for "Disneyland Confirmation". Once the tickets are linked, you can double-check that your reservations are all set by tapping into "Future Plans". This will show you any upcoming reservations or dining plans. 

    If something still seems amiss, I would try a few traditional troubleshooting methods as well. Sometimes the magic just needs a bit of a jump start. You can try closing out and reopening the Disneyland app or completely shutting off your phone and turning it back on. If you still aren't having any luck, reach out to the Website Support team! The Cast Members there will be happy to help you! 

    I hope we've cleared the way for your magic carpet, Sarah! Your timing could not be more perfect as the holidays have just swung into full gear at the Disneyland Resort! While of course, you won't want to miss classic seasonal fun like A Christmas Fantasy Parade and "it's a small world" Holiday, I highly recommend setting aside some time to just explore and enjoy Disney Festival of the Holidays at Disney California Adventure Park! This joyful, multi-cultural celebration is filled with music, food (lots of food!), and entertainment. Where else do you get to experience the holidays around the world all in one afternoon?! Come hungry though and grab a Sip and Savor Pass so you can taste and try all those delectable bites! It will make a full meal for yourself, or share them and snack your way around the world!
