    Hi! Now that we have a date for the MagicBand Plus rollout at Disneyland, do we know yet if we can use our Apple Watch & Samsung Galaxy 4 watches in place of MagicBand? We are so excited that MagicBands are here!

    I'm just as excited as you are that MagicBand+ is finally coming to the Disneyland Resort! It officially launches on October 26, 2022, just a few days away!

    You also bring up a great question. I think you're referring to the Disney MagicMobile Service available at the Walt Disney World Resort, which is a convenient and contactless way to access MagicBand features, such as theme park entry, through eligible iPhones, Apple Watches, or Google Pay enabled Android phones. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard any news yet if this is coming to the Disneyland Resort. I sure hope it is though! I would love to use my Apple Watch to access these features. I will definitely be keeping up to date with the Disney Parks Blog for the latest and greatest news. Hopefully, we hear something in the near future!

    But in the meantime, let's enjoy MagicBand+! You'll be able to use your MagicBand+ to enter the parks, check in at Lightning Lane entrances, and enjoy enhanced experiences, such as having your MagicBand+ glow with different colors and pulses with haptic vibrations during various nighttime spectaculars, and even acting as your guide as you seek virtual bounties hidden across Black Spire Outpost during Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters!
