Hello, Teresa,
It is possible to purchase theme park tickets in person at the Disneyland Resort's main entrance ticket booths. However, because each Guest who visits the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission and a
theme park reservation, it’s usually best to purchase tickets ahead of time
online or in the
Disneyland mobile app. The
theme park reservation availability calendar applies to all tickets, regardless of how they were purchased. So if you do choose to wait until you arrive at the Disneyland Resort before purchasing tickets, please make sure to check the calendar for reservations that can be booked first.
Tony’s Tip: I too have experienced how irksome it can be when I’m looking forward to visiting the Disneyland Resort soon and seeing that
theme park reservations are not available. I recommend checking the
reservation availability calendar frequently. Other Guests often need to change their plans. So reservations do become available from time to time. Also, if you are a Guest of one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels, be sure to link your hotel reservation with the same account as your tickets. From the
hotel reservation page, you will be able to access
park reservations that are set aside for on-site hotel guests.
Enjoy your visit, Teresa!
