Greetings, Kathy, and welcome to planDisney! The holidays are the most wonderful time of the year at the Disneyland Resort. Marching toy soldiers, twinkling lights, comfort foods, "snow" falling from above – it's all so magical. Let's talk about timing!
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort are scheduled to return on November 14, 2025. That's when you can expect Santa Claus to arrive, Mickey and his pals to debut their holiday outfits, shows such as
A Christmas Fantasy Parade to begin, and other seasonal fun to officially kick off.
You'll likely see hints of the Holidays across the Resort start to appear in early November, such as decorations and merchandise.
Haunted Mansion Holiday should also be available during this in-between period, as it will debut with Halloween Time and remain through the holiday season.
Kathy, make sure to check the
Disney Parks Blog as your trip gets closer – there will likely be guides shared on the blog highlighting holiday entertainment and food. That's how I learned about the peppermint chocolate pot de crème and the plant-based Huarache last year, which turned out to be two of my favorite seasonal items. We don't know yet what food and drink items will debut as part of this year's celebrations.
You should make a note to check the
Hours & Events Calendar in early October. By then, you should be able to see entertainment schedules for the dates of your visit. And if you're interested in a guided tour or dining at restaurants, keep in mind that you can make reservations up to 60 days in advance.
Kathy, I hope you have a fantastic visit to the Disneyland Resort this fall. If you have any questions between now and then, please let us know. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Warm hugs,
Kriss
