what date does Disney world put up their Christmas decorations?

    Hi Ruby!

Thanks for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Celebrating the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort is truly a magical and exciting experience. Get ready for an unforgettable holiday trip! My family especially enjoys Holidays Around the World at Epcot where you can experience worldwide celebrations of the Christmas season, including my favorite - the beautiful Candlelight Processional.

The theme parks and Walt Disney World Resort hotels will be decorated for Christmas when you arrive on December 5, 2016! In fact, Christmas decorations at Walt Disney World Resort start going up right after Halloween, and the theme parks and Resort hotels will be decorated by the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. This year, the first Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is on November 7, 2016, so the decorations will certainly be up before your visit!

I hope this answers your question, Ruby! Please stop back with any other questions about your upcoming trip.

Wishing you magical holiday memories to last a lifetime!
