    What is the date of closure for Monsters Inc? We're planning on going the beginning of February and would like to make sure is still opened.

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney. I bet you are getting excited for your upcoming trip to Disneyland Resort!

    It sounds like you love Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! as much as I do! I just checked the calendar on the Disneyland website, and it appears the attraction is currently scheduled to be open for most of February. Of course, schedules can change, but for now, it looks promising that you will get your chance to hop into a taxi and see what is happening in Monstropolis!

    You will be visiting during one of my favorite events at Disney California Adventure Park! The Lunar New Year Celebration will take over part of the park with festive decor, incredible food, and unique merchandise from January 23 through February 22, 2026. The whole celebration has such a joyful energy to it! I always make a point to wander through the marketplace kiosks to sample all the Asian‑inspired treats. They are some of the most tasty bites offered all year!
