    What date does Christmas season 2018 start in Walt Disney World?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jodi!

    A visit to the most magical place on earth is always special. But there is something extra magical about the holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort. They really know how to add that extra pixie dust to the most wonderful time of the yEAR!

    Jodi, the unofficial kickoff of the holidays is usually marked by the first night when Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is scheduled for. By then, Magic Kingdom’s halls will be decked, and you’ll begin to see more Christmas décor added to the other theme parks, resort hotels, and Disney Springs.

    Here are some dates that have been released to help you plan your visit:

    - Starting November 8, 2018
         Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
         Flurry of Fun at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
    - Starting November 18, 2018
         Epcot International Festival of the Holidays
    - Starting November 22, 2018
         Candlelight Processional at Epcot
