    Hi, my date of birth has been entered wrong on MDE how do i change it? I need everything to be right on there for when i start adding tickets, etc etc Thanks

    Thanks for returning to planDisney with another important question for us to help you with.

    Stephanie, I'd like to begin by sharing with you that as the current UK-based Panelist, it's always an added pleasure for me when I get the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow British Guest!

    There are many magical, and enchanted things that can be amended by Guests on their My Disney Experience account.  Such as updating a profile character picture to reflect your current mood or status -  for instance, mine at the moment is the Cheshire Cat!  

    However, at this time, updating birthday details just isn't one of the things which Guests are able to update via their My Disney Experience.  But not to worry Stephanie as you won't have to celebrate an unbirthday, because it's always possible to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to update your details - after all, nothing's impossible!

    To speak in person with a Cast Member who will be able to fully access your account, simply dial the UK freephone number for Website and Technical Support found within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory, or by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this Frequently Asked Questions - Bookings weblink.
