Hi Aislyn,
Thanks for making planDisney part of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation-planning team. I, too, have an upcoming reservation at the
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and am looking forward to taking advantage of incredible perks like
early theme park entry and
extended evening theme park hours. I'm most excited about the moonlit stroll back to my room after extended evening theme park hours at EPCOT and perhaps Disney's Hollywood Studios, if the schedule works out. If my feet are too tired, I'll opt for a comfortable ride on the water taxi. If you ask me, being within walking distance of two theme parks makes the EPCOT Resort area the most desirable lodging location on property.
Beginning January 9, 2024, Guests with date-based tickets will no longer require theme park reservations for theme park entry. Valid admission
linked to your
My Disney Experience account and a
method of entry (MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are all you need to enter the theme park of your choosing each day. This means you have the flexibility to finalize your park days once the extended evening theme park
hours for your visit are announced, approximately two and a half months in advance. If you leave your hotel room one morning headed to Disney's Hollywood Studios but decide you'd rather tour World Showcase, you also have the flexibility to make that last-minute change and head to EPCOT.
Walt Disney World Resort is your oyster, Aislyn, and planDisney is here to share our pearls of planning wisdom with you. Hope to hear from you again soon!
Choose magic,
Jennifer
