    Does a date based ticket to MK allow you to leave and re-enter MK during that day?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question about visiting the Disney World theme parks. With so much to see and do in all four parks, planning a trip can feel like a big task - but don’t worry, that’s what we're here for!

    I'm happy to share that all Disney World theme park tickets allow for re-entry to the same park on the same day. My family likes to head back to our Disney Resorts Collection hotel midday for a break and return later in the afternoon so we're rested and have the energy to catch the nighttime fireworks shows. 

    Keep in mind that if your ticket does not include the Park Hopper option, you are limited to visiting one park per day, but you can go in and out of that park as often as you'd like during regular hours. 

    To check theme park hours, open your My Disney Experience Mobile app. Click the menu icon at the bottom right (the "≡" button) and scroll down to "Plan My Next Visit". Click on "Park Hours & Info" just below, and you can select the date you wish to view. You'll see the hours for each theme park, including Early Entry, Extended Evening Hours and Park Hopper Availability.
