Lightning Lanes are a great way to spend less time in line and more time enjoying your favorite attractions. I am happy to report that date-based tickets for Walt Disney World Resort are eligible to purchase both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass. You can even purchase
Lightning Lane Premier Pass to skip the lines and arrival windows, making your day extra fun and flexible.
Now that you know you can purchase Lightning Lane Passes for your magical stay, let's jump into the when and how, so you can continue to plan the best trip ever. Guests with date-based tickets can
purchase Lightning Lane passes 3 days in advance. You can begin purchasing your passes and selecting your Lightning Lanes at 7 AM ET each day. If you happen to be staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you will be able to secure your Lightning Lanes 7 days before the first day of your stay, and you can book for the length of your visit (up to 14 days).

on to the how. Lightning Lanes are booked on the
My Disney Experience app. Before your booking window opens, be sure you have linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. You will also want
to connect to any family members or friends who are a part of your travel party. This way, you can book for everyone at the same time, ensuring you have the same arrival windows. When in the My Disney Experience app, Lightning Lane purchase options will be on the home screen. Tap the purchase option for the type of pass you wish to use, and choose your date(s). Follow the remaining prompts to
select your attraction choices and purchase your passes. Pro tip: Select early arrival times to make the most of your pass throughout your day!
