What date does my annual pass begin?

    Welcome to planDisney, Bethany!

Thanks for visiting us with your wondEARful question about Walt Disney World Resort annual passes.

Bethany, your Walt Disney World Resort annual pass year begins the moment you use your annual pass to enter a Walt Disney World Resort theme park. When you visit a Walt Disney World Resort theme park for the first time as an annual passholder, you are technically “activating” your annual pass!

Additionally, your expiration date will be exactly one year after you activate your annual pass. If you have not yet activated your annual pass, you may currently see an expiration date that reflects a date that is one year after your initial purchase. Please do not worry about this. This expiration date will update once you activate your annual pass. As a reminder, you have one year to activate your annual pass, Bethany!

I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you plan your magical vacation!
