Want to use DAS for my wife and grandson

    Hi Rick! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! Get ready for a holiday-festive visit at Walt Disney World Resort. The theme parks, Disney Resorts Collection hotels, and Disney Springs are all decked out for the Christmas season. At Disney Springs, you can meet Santa via the virtual queue at Once Upon a Toy. While there, you can check out the Christmas Tree Stroll featuring 19-themed Christmas Trees.

The Disability Access Service (DAS) is a wonderful inclusive program that helps those individuals with disabilities who have trouble tolerating traditional queue lines. You can register before your arrival via a video chat anywhere from 2-30 days of your park visit. The person applying for DAS must be available for an interview. I recommend you verify your entire travel party is linked in your "Family & Friends List" under "My Profile" in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. If approved, a Cast Member will assist you in choosing 2 one-hour return windows per day for select attractions.

Alternatively, you can apply in person once you enter the theme parks at Guest Relations. On the day of your visit, if approved, a DAS tile will appear on the app for self-selection. You may also stop by the Guest Experience Blue Tents for assistance.

    Keeping it Magical,
