Hi Joanna,The Disability Access Service (DAS) is designed to assist Guests with cognitive disabilities in experiencing the theme parks more comfortably. Once approved, DAS allows you to request return times for attractions, similar to a virtual queue, so you can enjoy other experiences or head to a quiet spot while waiting. To use DAS with the My Disney Experience app, follow these steps:First, ensure that your DAS registration is complete and linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you've registered for DAS for both kids, the service should be available under their profiles as well. If it is not, I recommend reaching out to Guest Relations which are located at each of the four Theme Parks as well as Disney Springs.Using the App:Open the My Disney Experience app.Navigate to the three horizontal bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen (menu icon). You'll see a screen with your name and various options, such as "My Tickets & Passes" and "Lightning Lane Passes."Look for the "Disability Access Service" box, typically located towards the middle of the screen.Tap on the "Disability Access Service" box to view DAS-Eligible Options. When you're in the theme parks, you can select one of the options listed.Choose "Request DAS Return Time," confirm your party, and then verify your return time. For further assistance and information on navigating the parks, Disney's Accessibility Planning Guide and Recommendations is a great resource to explore in advance. This planning can help you make the most of your visit. I hope this helps!~Heather
