Hi Ritchard! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! You are only three days away from your magical vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort. If you are interested in applying for the
Disability Access Service (DAS) ahead of your trip, now is the time for action.
Pre-registration is available via video chat from 60 to two days prior to your arrival. Video conferences are open online from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST. I recommend you verify everyone in your travel party is linked in your "Family & Friends List" under "My Profile" in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. If approved, a Cast Member can assist in setting up two one-hour return windows per day to experience
select attractions with up to five people from your Family and Friends List.
If you miss your pre-arrival registration opportunity, no worries. Once you enter your first theme park, head to
Guest Relations to register in person. If approved, you will be able to start selecting DAS experiences straight on the mobile app. You can find the "DAS" tab by tapping the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner.
Your trip is just in the nick of time to catch the very last days of
The World's Most Magical Celebration. You can also watch
Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and
Harmonious at EPCOT before those nighttime spectaculars are retired in early April.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
