Welcome to planDisney, Maggie!
Thanks for bringing your question to us. Much like Pumba and Timon, we are here to help you navigate the park with ease. At The Happiest Place On Earth,
everyone is welcome, and that ain't no passing craze.
I totally understand how important it is to have everything ready for your little Simba's visit to the Disneyland Resort, and the
Disability Access Service (DAS) just might be the problem-free philosophy that you need! The DAS is designed for guests like you and your little prince, who might find it challenging to wait in regular queues. With this pass, you can skip the long lines and return when the wait times are shorter. The best part is no medical documentation is required, so it's easy to get started.
Since your visit is just around the corner, I recommend
requesting a live video chat right away to pre-register for the DAS. They'll ask you a few questions to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible. You're also welcome to call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email
disability.services@disneyland.com if that is more convenient for you.
If you don’t have time to pounce on pre-registration,
Hakuna Matata! When you arrive next week, you can register for DAS on-site at City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A, Chamber of Commerce over on Buena Vista Street, or
any Guest Relations location. They'll be more than happy to assist you and make sure you get all set up for a fantastic time at the park with your little one.
Keep those questions coming, Maggie! I’d love to share my favorite
tips or
suggestions for visiting the Disneyland Resort with you and your little one. Just consider me your personal Timon and feel free to
message me directly for a quicker response next time.
Long Live the King,
Danielle
