Hi! Can you use the DAS with Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millenium Falcon: Smuggler's Run at Disney's Hollywood Studios? If so, are there any differences in using it? Would we still need to be in a boarding group first? Thanks!

Bright Suns, Amanda! It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. With just a few more days until your trip to Batuu, it's the perfect time to plan out your time there, including figuring out how to use the boarding group system to get into the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

If you or someone in your party is using Disability Access Service (DAS) it can be used for both Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run works the same as any other attraction that you'll use DAS for, and you can get a return time by approaching the Cast Members at the front of the attraction and scanning your MagicBand. It works a little differently with Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance since there is currently no conventional standby line and the boarding group system is being used. To get a DAS return time for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, you must already have a boarding group number. You can join a boarding group by tapping "Find Out More" under the picture of the AT-ATs on the home page of the My Disney Experience app. Boarding groups will be distributed when Disney's Hollywood Studios opens at 7 a.m. and they are getting snapped up really quickly so I recommend getting there as early as possible. Once you have a boarding group, you can visit the attraction and a Cast Member can set you up with DAS and let you know exactly what you need to do from there. When it comes time to ride, you'll be able to go through the FastPass+ queue to avoid any time spent in the standby line.

I hope this answers your questions, Amanda, and may the Force be with you on your upcoming journey!
