Hiya Diego - welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by to learn more about how to maximize the magic during your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Walt Disney World's
Disability Access Service (DAS) assists Guests who have difficulty utilizing the traditional standby queues at various attractions and experiences. Since you'll be arriving within the next 30 days, you may be eligible to
register via video chat with a Cast Member. If approved for DAS you'll also be able to book up to two DAS Advance selections for each day of your trip. These are one-hour windows where you can access the selected attraction or experience via the Lightning Lane entrance! To take advantage of these DAS Advance selections you must complete online pre-registration at least two days prior to your arrival.
You can also speak to a Cast Member at a
Guest Relations location within a Theme Park to discuss DAS eligibility and get registered in person during your vacation.
DAS-registered Guests use the My Disney Experience Mobile App to select attractions they want to experience. Up to five additional Guests can join, and a return time roughly the same as the current wait time for the attraction's standby line is provided. Instead of waiting in the standby line, DAS-registered Guests spend that wait however they are most comfortable. Once that return time rolls around, you'll access the attraction using the Lightning Lane entrance! Once one return time is used, a new return time for another attraction or experience can be selected.
