I have DAS how to I schedule the 2 rides

    Hello, Jan!

Welcome to planDisney with an excellent planning question. First, let me do a quick little happy dance for your upcoming trip during the 50th Anniversary Celebration! Can you believe that you will be enjoying all the festivities in less than 2 weeks?

I am so glad to hear that you have already completed the pre-registration process for DAS (Disability Access Service). Now you will be able to use the DAS Advance planning feature. Before you start your chat with a Cast Member, be sure that everyone in your travel party has a valid theme park admission ticket and a Disney Park Pass reservation for each day you plan to visit a theme park, linked to their My Disney Experience account. If you have the Park Hopper Option added to your tickets, you only need a reservation for the first park you plan to visit.

Once you have the travel plans of everyone in your My Family & Friends list confirmed, you are Ready to Chat with a Cast Member. by using the Request Live Chat button. Cast Members are available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I highly recommend that you sign in to your My Disney Experience account and request your chat early, as wait times can be rather lengthy. The Cast Member will work with you to assign you 2 one-hour return times for select attractions. These selections must be made at least 2 days before the first day you will make a theme park visit.

Jan, when you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, you will redeem these experiences by using the Lightning Lane entrance and scanning your MagicBand, admission card, or MagicMobile pass. You will also be able to use the Same-Day DAS Return Time Self-Selection Tool, to reserve one additional DAS experience at a time. You can request your next selection after you have scanned into that experience.

If you have any questions regarding DAS, you may want to reach out to the Disability Services team at (407) 560-2547 or by email at disability.services@disneyparks.com

You are going to have such a Magical time. I hope you have the opportunity to see Disney’s Enchantment. This is a new nighttime spectacular created just for the World’s Most Magical Celebration. It is shown nightly in the Magic Kingdom where the views are amazing from Main Street U.S.A. The fireworks, castle projections, and music are the perfect way to end a magical day in the Magic Kingdom.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
