Can DAS reserved rides times be changed?

Hello there, Philip! We are so happy to see you here at planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question.

Isn't the Disability Access Service a game changer? I am also a user myself, and I can tell you that every single trip I've taken to the Walt Disney World Resort since I activated it back in 2019 has been much less stressful and nerve-racking, and much more enjoyable. I am very thankful to the team behind the Disney Parks inclusion policies, because I can tell just how hard they have been working in order to provide every single Guest and Cast Member with a safe and memorable experience.

On that note, Philip, I am delighted to let you know that you can absolutely modify your Disability Access Service selections. In fact, it's really easy to do! I've had to do it a couple of times in the past, because plans change sometimes. All you need to do is log into your My Disney Experience account through the mobile app, and click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of your screen. Once there, scroll down until you see the Disability Access Service (DAS) button. Now, you should be able see your next Disability Access Service selection displayed on the screen. Clicking on it will give you the option to cancel, which is exactly what you're going to do next, but don't panic! Canceling your Disability Access Service selections does not mean you will miss out on that particular experience. As long as the park you're at is still open, you are welcome to make new, unlimited selections for that experience and any others!

Now, if I may give you a very important piece of advice, I would recommend that you don't modify your Disability Access Service selections. This is because they work a little bit differently than Lightning Lane selections do, which means that you don't necessarily have to return at that specific time in order to redeem them. The return times that you will see reflected are going to tell you when you're able to return to the attraction, but there is no expiration time for these selections. This essentially means that, if you have an 11:00 a.m. return time for Frozen Ever After but you would like to get to EPCOT at noon, you are still more than welcome to redeem that Disability Access Service selection whenever you're ready.

I hope that my answer has helped clarify things for you, Philip! Enjoy your time at the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    See you real soon,
