Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Tina. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to see you'll be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season! You're sure to have a fa-la-la-la-fabulous stay.
The Walt Disney World Resort is committed to making sure that all Guests have an accessible, safe, and magical visit to the theme parks.
Disability Access Service is one of the many ways they honor that commitment! DAS is designed for Guests who have difficulty tolerating extended wait times in traditional queue environments due to a disability. Eligible Guests can now pre-register for DAS Advance up to 30 days before a park visit, but no less than 2 days before arrival. To complete the pre-registration process virtually with a Cast Member, visit the
Registering for Disability Access Service page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Review the information on the page and then scroll down and click on the blue 'Request Live Video Chat' button. A chat window will open in the bottom right corner of your browser screen. Click on the 'Start' button within the chat window to be connected with a friendly Cast Member.
Have you downloaded the
My Disney Experience mobile app yet? It's magic at your fingertips! This handy app has lots of convenient features like the mobile food and beverage ordering feature. What I think you'll appreciate most about the My Disney Experience mobile app, though, is that you can use it to make your DAS return time selections!
I hope this was helpful, Tina. I'm wishing you a magical (and merry!) visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
