DAS, i read it can be used for character meet&greets. Can it be used for them during mnsshp too?

    Hi Nicole,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We love when Guests keep coming back, bringing us lots of great questions and allowing is to share in the joy of planning Disney adventures, so it's great to see you here again!

The Disability Access Service is a wonderful blessing available to Guests who struggle to wait in a traditional queue. Since it utilizes the FastPass+ queue, you'll be able to use it on any character greetings that offer the FastPass+ service during regular theme park operating hours. Because crowds are capped for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, lines are much shorter, and neither the FastPass+ service nor the Disability Access Service are offered. As the mama of a Mouseketeer with autism who relies on the Disability Access Service, I'm happy to share that we've never had an issue during an after-hours special event without it. There are so many festivities to enjoy and the wait times are usually quite short, so we've been able to enjoy all of the magic and fun. If there is a character you'd like to see, however, and the line length is prohibitive for your family, I'd encourage you to discuss your concerns with a Cast Member either at the meet and greet or at Guest Relations. I can't guarantee that they'll be able to provide something similar to the Disability Access Service, but they're committed to helping Guests with disabilities and hopefully they'll be able to find some way to help make all your Disney dreams come true.

I hope that you have a spooktacular evening at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Nicole, and a truly magical vacation!
