Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Cindy!
Thank you for visiting us today with a great question! Nothing makes us happier than helping fellow Guests plan a magical Walt Disney World Resort adventure!
I am happy to share that
Disability Access Service (DAS) is currently offered at the Walt Disney World Resort for Guests who cannot wait in a conventional queue environment due to a disability. Since you plan to visit
The Most Magical Place on Earth in November, did you know that you are now able to pre-register for DAS before your arrival?
Eligible Guests visiting the theme parks on or after November 1, 2021, can pre-register for DAS in advance with a Cast Member via live video chat from the comfort of their home. You can register up to 30 days in advance, but no less than two days before arrival. A Cast Member can even help you use the DAS advance planning option to book up to 2 select experiences during the chat. On the day of your visit, you can make return time selections via the
My Disney Experience app. If using a mobile device is not an option, you can visit
Guest Relations or speak with a
Guest Experience Team member to receive return times. Please note that you are still welcome to register for DAS at Guest Relations upon arrival.
I hope this information is helpful, Cindy! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions and have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
