Hi Andrea!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for bringing us your question about the
Disability Access Service available to Guests visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort. The DAS is available for Guests who require an alternate means of waiting for their return time for a particular attraction. Guests with a DAS are able to book their experience on their smartphone by scrolling to the bottom of their
My Disney Experience App. Once you have tapped into the theme parks, your options for the DAS will appear, and you can see the wait time for the attraction of choice. You can then select the party that is with you, and confirm your DAS. It will give you a return time that is equal to the stand-by line on any given attraction.
Andrea, you will be happy to know that DAS attraction times are available for Guests during
Extended Evening Hours, and the final return time given is typically five minutes prior to park closing, subject to change. Should you have any issues with your DAS, you can reach out to the Guest Experience Team within the parks (usually under a big blue umbrella) and they will be able to assist you.
Hope this helps you plan a most magical vacation and please feel free to stop by with any future questions.
Malanie
