Hi, Tiffany!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by to ask your question. Your
Disneyland Resort visit is just around the pixie-dusted corner, so I hope you’re getting excited for all the magic that awaits!
I’m glad to hear you’ve already made arrangements to utilize the
Disability Access Service (DAS) program for Guests who aren’t able to wait for
attractions in a traditional standby queue. It sounds like you’ve already had your pre-registration video chat. You should be able to request a chat with a Cast Member again via the link on the
DAS registration page of
disneyland.com to make the changes to your party. Before you initiate the live chat, log in and ensure that every member of your party is linked to your account and has valid park admission and a
theme park reservation for the days of your visit. Scroll down to the section that reads “Ready to Chat with a Cast Member?” and click the “Request Live Chat” button between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
You can also stop by in person at City Hall in Disneyland Park, the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park, or a Guest Information location once you arrive at the resort to add the additional person. Keep in mind that as of this time, your DAS party can include up to 6 people total, including the person needing DAS.
I hope this information helps, Tiffany, and that you have a magical experience at the Happiest Place on Earth! Please send us any other planning questions you may have as you prepare for your theme park visit.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
