Hi there Katie! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
Guests who pre-register for
Disability Access Service (DAS) via live video chat have the option to work with a Cast Member to book up to 2 DAS Advance selections per day. DAS Advance selections can be booked for dates 2 to 30 days out. In order to be able to book DAS Advance selections for your whole trip all at the same time, all days on which you plan to visit the theme parks must fall within that 2 to 30-day time window. If you have pre-registered for DAS 30 days in advance of the
first day of your trip, you would then need to reserve each subsequent day separately. Guests are encouraged to pre-register for DAS when the
last day of their trip is 30 or fewer days out so that they can make their DAS Advance selections all at once. To avoid contacting the DAS team every day, I recommend waiting until the date when your entire 14-day trip is within 30 days.
Keep in mind that DAS Advance selections are separate from the same-day DAS return time self-selection tool, which will become active in the
My Disney Experience mobile app after entering a theme park for the first time. Once registered, DAS remains active 60 days after the date of registration. After that time period, Guests still in need of DAS must re-register.
Katie, if you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop by planDisney again. We are always happy to help.
