Welcome back, Amanda!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question for us.
I'm excited to hear your family is getting ready to experience the magic of Walt Disney World Resort this summer! The memories you make together are so very precious! My family, too, uses the
Disability Access Service (DAS); services like this make me feel so grateful. I love that my entire family is able to enjoy their vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Amanda, as you know, DAS assists Guests who cannot wait in a traditional queue environment due to their cognitive disability; instead, Guests can wait virtually. I called and spoke to a friendly Cast Member at
Disability Services for you and was told, along with your older Mouseketeer, you’re welcome to register your younger Mouseketeer for the Disability Access Service. It makes sense that the two of them have different interests.
Did you know you can
pre-register for DAS using a live video chat? To do this, Guests may pre-register as soon as 30 days before a park visit but at least 2 days before arrival. Please do keep in mind that both kiddos will need to be present during the video chat while registering. During this call, you can work with a Cast Member to
pre-select up to 2 experiences per day of your visit, subject to availability.
You can also wait to register your Mouseketeers in person at any of the
Guest Relations at the four theme parks.
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Amanda!
