Hiya Vicki and welcome to planDisney!
In just a few short days you'll be heading to The Most Magical Place on Earth for a little Spooky Season fun. I just got back from my vacation and after experiencing both the
Disability Access Service and
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I'm prepped and ready to share with you what I learned.
Disability Access Service is a great way for our loved ones who have issues with waiting in line in a traditional sense due to being differently abled. It made the trip so easy and fun for my mom who was actually using it for the first time. Unfortunately, this service isn't available during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. But not to worry you'll still get the opportunity to meet The Pumpkin King and his Queen. Party Guests can enter
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4 PM even though the party officially kicks off at 7 PM. I'd get in and hit a few attractions that don't have special Halloween-themed overlays and then head to that meet and greet early to knock it out. These parties usually have much lower crowds than a normal day in the parks.
Pro-tip: The time during parades, shows, and fireworks displays is actually a great time to jump in line for any meet and greets. While everyone else is looking up at the skies or a stage, you'll be meeting some of your favorite Disney friends.
Vicki, fingers crossed that you'll be able to make the magic for your granddaughter that you want. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
come back for another chat!Happy haunting!
