DAS pass or Fast Pass which is better to accommodate my autistic son. This will be our 10th year in a row visiting WDW. Each time the pass frustrates us ruins our trip in some way.

    Hi Renee!

Welcome to planDisney! Dinsey's FastPass service was a great addition to the parks many moons ago. While I was a huge fan of Disney's FastPass service, it has been discontinued, and in its stead, Disney Genie+ was instituted.  Disney Genie+ is a paid service, where you can book Lightning Lane return times for over 40 attractions. Having used it during my most recent trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth, I can tell you it was well worth the money.

Renee, I believe you might be referring to the Disney Access Service pass. This is a service provided to Guests who require additional assistance or are unable to wait in traditional queue lines. The Disney Access Service pass might be the best option for your party, which will allow him to enjoy the attractions and entertainment options. You can preregister for DAS prior to your arrival by booking a live video chat with a Cast Member who can advise you on your best options for your trip.

Please be sure to return and ask us your Disney vacation planning advice questions. We are here to help you plan the most out of your upcoming stay.
