Hey there, Betty! Welcome to planDisney. We're so happy you're here!
There are so many reasons to love
Walt Disney World Resort. When you visit, you'll be able to enjoy the
outdoor kitchens and
character topiaries featured during the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. If you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you'll be able to enjoy all of the
resort benefits available to you. And perhaps best of all, Walt Disney World Resort does an incredible job making the parks as accessible as possible to all Guests!
Betty, the
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a great resource for Guests who find waiting in a traditional queue to be a challenge due to a disability. Guests can
register for this service as soon as 30 days but no later than 2 days prior to their trip through a live video chat. Since your trip is within this time window, you should be able to register at your earliest convenience.
Now, let's talk about theme park tickets with the
Park Hopper option! When visiting the theme parks, you must first visit the park where you've made a
theme park reservation with the Disney Park Pass system. Then, you're welcome to visit another park after 2 PM – no theme park reservation needed, at the time of this writing! Keep an eye on the
Park Hours calendar to stay up-to-date on Park Hopper hours leading up to your trip. The best part is that you can "hop" to as many parks as you'd like! You can also use your
My Disney Experience app to ensure park availability. If for any reason the park you wish to hop to has reached capacity, you'll be alerted with a push notification through the My Disney Experience app.
Speaking of the
My Disney Experience app, I'd suggest taking a little time to explore it before you arrive! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access
virtual queues, and even
mobile order food – my favorite. And if you have any other questions, please write to us again!
See ya real soon!
