    For our DAS pass they asked us which 2 rides. I’m not sure if we need to do that or what the next step is. Thank you

    Hi, Ashlyn!

    I'm grateful for the Disneyland Resort services for Guests with disabilities. It is a relief to have Cast Members provide assistance and support to help make our visits to the Disneyland Resort even more magical.

    Guests who are unable to use a traditional attraction queue may benefit from the Disability Access Service, or DAS. Guests register for DAS either in-person at any Guest Relations location or online via live video chat using DAS Advance. DAS Advance registration must be done between two and 30 days before arrival.

    During your DAS Advance registration, you are given the opportunity to reserve up to two additional attraction return times for each day of your visit. The participating attractions for DAS Advance experience access are subject to change and availability. If you choose not to request these return times in advance, that is not a problem. You may still use the Disneyland mobile app to request return times for participating attractions as usual during your visit.

    The next step to using DAS is done on the day of your visit. If you made DAS Advance selections, they will show up under the "My Day" tab of the Disney Genie service in the Disneyland app. DAS Advance selections are separate and in addition to any new attraction return times you may book during your visit.

    To book a new attraction return time on the day of your visit, you must first have your tickets activated and scanned at the theme park entrance. Then, you may visit the Disability Access Service (DAS) section of the Disneyland app to see a list of available attractions. Tap the attraction to see more information about that attraction, including the next available DAS Return Time that may be requested. If that return time works well for you and you don't already have another outstanding return time reserved, you may tap the return time to proceed with booking it. After booking a return time, it will show up in your "My Day" list as well as on the application home screen when it is time to experience the attraction.

    Tony's Tip: You may also find a specific attraction using the application search feature or by navigating to a specific attraction on the application map screen. Note that you may only book return times for the theme park you have entered. If you are using Park Hopper tickets, you may book attraction return times for the other park after hopping over to the other theme park after 1:00 PM. 

    When it is time to experience an attraction with a DAS return time, tap the Redeem button to display a redemption code that may be scanned at attraction Lightning Lane entrances or by a Cast Member using a mobile scanner device. When using the scanners at Lightning Lane queue entrances, the first code will cause the scanner to light blue and a Cast Member will be alerted. After the Cast Member accepts the scanned redemption code, you may proceed with scanning the redemption codes for the other members of your party. The Cast Member may also take that opportunity to review any additional considerations and accommodations specific to that attraction.

    During our family's most recent visits to the Disneyland Resort, using DAS was a smooth and easy experience. We are so grateful to feel welcome and included as we experience The Happiest Place on Earth!
