How do I get a DAS Pass?

    Hiya, Ashley!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you found us hEAR. Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question our way!

One of the things I love most about The Happiest Place on Earth is that it was originally built with the whole family in mind, and that mantra continues to this day by continuing to improve the parks to be able to be enjoyed by all. To obtain a Disability Access Pass, also known as DAS, your entire party need to speak with a member of the Guest Relations team. There are multiple locations throughout the parks where you can find assistance from the Cast Members throughout the day, but the best bet is to stop by City Hall in Disneyland Park (after you enter the turnstiles and have gone through the tunnels, it's immediately on the left side of Main Street U.S.A.) or the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park. (The Chamber is also on the left after you enter the turnstiles of this park, just to the right of Oswald's Gas Station.)

Bonus Tip: Something new that recently rolled out is that Guests can pre-register for DAS between 2 to 30 days before they visit Mickey's house thanks to DAS Advance Planning. You might still be able to set up a call for today, however, now you'll for sure know about this option for your next trip Home!

I hope that you and your Mouseketeers enjoy your upcoming Disney days, Ashley! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
