Where is DAS located at Disney California

    Hi Alexander,

Welcome to planDisney! I'd be happy to help as you prepare for a visit to Disneyland Resort

Disability Access Service (DAS) is a fantastic service available to those who are unable to wait or have difficulty waiting in traditional queues due to a disability. Eligible guests will be given a return time for their attraction and can even book, redeem and modify their return times one at a time for new experiences right from the Disneyland Mobile App.

Eligible guests have the option to pre-register online anywhere from 2-30 days in advance of their visit or can stop at any Guest Relations location upon arrival. If you'd like to pre-register before arriving on-site there are a few steps you'll need to take.

First, confirm that you and all members of your travel party have valid admission and theme park reservations for the dates you'll be visiting. Next, be sure the guest requesting DAS, as well as a parent or guardian if the guest is under 18, is available and has access to a device with a camera. When ready to proceed with the DAS virtual registration, log in to your Disneyland Account and navigate to the DAS Advance page. Select the "Request Live Chat" to be connected with a Cast Member via video chat. Keep in mind the live chat option is available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. PST. Once registered, a Cast Member will be able to assist in making 2 advance return windows for attractions, subject to availability.

When ready to redeem your experience, the DAS-eligible guest will first scan into the attraction with a Cast Member or via the Lightning Lane entrance scanners, followed by the remaining guests in their party. You'll be able to view forecasted wait times and make new attraction selections using the Disneyland Mobile App throughout the rest of your visit. There are a number of other services available to guests with disabilities should anyone in your travel party require additional assistance.

Alexander, I'm wishing you a most magical trip to Disneyland Resort, whenever you decide to visit. There are so many exciting experiences to enjoy whether you prefer Soarin' Around the World, waving to your favorite Characters in the "Magic Happens" Parade, or even just enjoying a perfect picnic in the newly re-opened CenTOONial Park in Mickey's Toontown.  Be sure to save room for a warm, delicious Jack-Jack Cookie Num Num on Pixar Pier, one of my favorite treats at Disney California Adventure Park

Come back and see us again with any other questions. We'd love to help!

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
