Dear Christina, thanks so much for popping in to planDisney with your question. I am happy to share information about
Disability Access Service (DAS) to help make your upcoming visit more enjoyable.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a program aimed at helping Guests who may have difficulty waiting in queues for extended periods of time. Although there is a pre-registration feature, given your trip is just around the corner, you can go to City Hall upon arrival and the Cast Members there will be happy to discuss the DAS program with you.
If you are eligible for DAS, you will be able to select return times for attractions using the
Disneyland mobile app or in person at a Guest Services location. I like to recommend thinking about what you might enjoy doing in between return times. One of my favorite restful activities is finding a park bench on Main Street, U.S.A. to enjoy the sights, sounds and aromas around me.
For future reference, I wanted to share a new feature called
DAS Advance, where you can pre-register once you are within 30 days of your arrival (but it must be done sooner than two days before your arrival.) You can request a video chat with a Cast Member to discuss your needs; please note the Guest requesting DAS must be present on the video call. If you are eligible, they will help you get registered and even select two attractions per day of your visit before you arrive. This way you have a head start on scheduling your return times before you arrive at
Disneyland Resort!
Enjoy your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Come back and see us if you have any more questions, we're all EARS.
